Originally named "Boro and Ramiz" after two Yugoslavian Partisans, the Albanian Boro Vukmirović and the Serbian Ramiz Sadiku, this brutalist sports facility was constructed very quickly. The referendum approving its construction passed in 1975, and it was completed by 1977. The facility includes two indoor halls, with capacities for 8,000 and 2,800 people respectively, as well as a shopping mall.

A lot has changed in Kosovo since the Kosovo War, including a fire in 2000 that mostly destroyed the larger hall. It is expected to be renovated in time for the 2030 Mediterranean Games, but for now, it is apparently mostly used for indoor parking. Until it is back to its former glory, it is best admired from the outside.
